Adam Todd is the EVP, General Counsel at Archer Limited - a global oil service company.

Adam holds a Juris Doctor Law degree from the University of Alberta, Canada and thereafter obtained broad legal and commercial experience through Canadian law firms Bishop & McKenzie LLP and McLennan Ross LLP prior to joining Aker Solutions in 2009. He has held various corporate legal roles within Aker Solutions including as VP, Head of Legal & Compliance Europe & Africa based in London, and since 2016 as VP, Head of Legal for Aker Solutions’ Global Tendering based in Oslo.

Adam brings with him extensive international experience advising on the legal and commercial issues in major global oil and gas projects. Mr. Todd is a Canadian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
